Moreni Mechanical Systems
The DUAL SYSTEM is the perfect line up between the heavy one piece steel nondeformable bearing holder and the pair of minimum tolerance ball bearings. This system ensures perfect rotors stability and an absolute protection from dust and crop residues through two double labyrinth seals.
The HYBRID ROTOR is a mix between the central and the lateral. It has been studied to absorb part of the stress due to the incoming power of the tractor and help the spreading of the movement from the center to the sides of the power harrow.
Moreni rear leveling bar is designed to work near the rotors. This feature guarantees a better soil result. Our special bars are shock absorber to guarantee a steady flow of soil and to better withstand impacts.
The lower part has been completely redesigned integrating in a double labyrinth system the tine holder with the one piece bearing holder. The first works within the second, cutting out any possibility of jamming due to stones, crop residues or any other element.
The rapid replacement of the Moreni Blades is extremely functional, economical and safe. It is a system designed to operate without the need of specific tools and with the objective of allowing the use of traditional blades. In addition, the Special Rapid flange can also be applied ex-post and guarantees great flexibility of choice after purchase.
Motion System
Moreni foldable power harrows are rotors minimized interspace designed, only 22,5 cm. An higher number of rotors per meter improves soil breaking. Engine effort is maximized while fuel consumption is minimized.
